The annual Russett Community Fall Festival & Bazaar is a can't miss event for all!
This highly anticipated event features a variety of vendors and attracts residents and shoppers from all over Maryland.
Each Space- $15 (+$5 for additional adjacent space, Please call the office to purchase adjacent spaces at the correct rate)
Food Truck vendors are welcome! Please contact the office to reserve a large parking space.
All food vendors must provide food license/permit and insurance.

You may start your set up as early as 8:30a.m. All cars must be vacated from the parking lots by 10:30 a.m. If you arrive after 10:30 a.m, your vehicle will not be able to enter the selling area to unload. Once you have finished unloading, you may park your vehicle in the parking lot next to the pool on the library side. Parking spaces will be marked with the number to your assigned spot(s). ONE WAY TRAFFIC WILL BE HEAVILY ENFORCED. Enter from Ridgemere Crossing and Exit onto Russett Green East.
It is the sole responsibility of every vendor to take their trash and unsold items with them at the end of this event. You are not permitted to use the KinderCare dumpster for the disposal of any items. Russett Community Association reserves the right to charge vendors for the removal of any items left behind or not disposed of properly.
The Community Center will only be open for use of the restrooms.
Ticket Prices are refundable only if the event is cancelled.
